On booking a hot tub with us, you will be asked to acknowledge our terms and conditions.

  1. On booking we will require a full payment. Where payment is preferred to be done via cash, we require full payment on the day of set up. Please note that London Hot Tub Hire install the hot tub the day before on a complimentary basis in order to be sure that the hot tub is fit for purpose on the day of the hire.
  2. London Hot Tub Hire will not be held responsible for any damage, injuries or death resulting from the misuse of our hot tubs. We will also not be held responsible for any damage caused by the hot tub to lawns, patios or decking or any water damage to anything whatsoever. It is your responsibility to make sure nothing gets damaged. We can advise you on any possible problems that could arise but most of it is just common sense.
  3. You must exercise caution to prevent unauthorised access to your spa. Ensure your spa cover is securely fastened when spa is not in use. There is NO GUARANTEE that the cover, actual lock or clip tie downs will prevent access to your spa.
  4. In the winter months if you have finished using the spa it needs to be left switched on to prevent freezing pipes.
  5. Once the hot tub is full remove the hose pipe to stop back siphoning and emptying the tub.
  6. No more than 7 adults in the tub at any one time.
  7. Limit the time spent when using your spa since long exposures at warm temperatures can cause high body temperature. Symptoms may include dizziness, nausea, fainting, drowsiness, and reduced awareness, resulting in possible drowning. Prolonged immersion in a spa may be hazardous to your health.
  8. Spa water temperature should never exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for healthy adults for up to twenty minutes. For young children, lower water temperatures are recommended. Check with your doctor.
  9. Consult your physician before using your spa, especially if you suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, a condition needing medical treatment, pregnant women, infants or the elderly.
  10. You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clear for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow our instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available and only if we are available we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer.
  11. We will provide you with all the chemicals to ensure safe and clean bathing and an instruction manual on how to use the chemicals and hot tub. It is your responsibility to ensure the water is safe for bathing. Any injury, illness or death that occurs from misuse of chemicals or contaminated water will not be the responsibility of London Hot Tub Hire. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the chemicals, water and hot tub are maintained at a safe level.
  12. Please note that during adverse weather conditions such as below 4°C ambient temperature, the pump can suffer permanent damage which may result in the hot tub not maintaining optimum temperature. We acknowledge that this is of no fault of your own and as such you will not be liable to such damages. However, in such a scenario where we can not replace the pump for the remainder of your hire, the hirer will lose out on the rest of the hire days.
  13. If for whatever reason you choose to cancel your booking with us up to 2 days before we are due to install your hot tub, you are entitled to a full refund payment. Any cancellation made after this period will result in a 50% forfeit of the full payment. Where payment was agreed to be made in cash, we require that 50% of the cost of hire be payed.
  14. London Hot Tub Hire will confirm with the hirer any existing damage to the hire equipment and photos of the damage will be taken. Any damage due to gross negligence, loss, or theft whilst the hire equipment is in your care will result in a charge of up to £200.
  15. For use of our gazebo’s, the hirer takes full responsibility of any damage to them. The hirer will incur an additional cost of up to £120 as a result of negligence. Any changes to the weather that can jeopardise the functionality of the gazebo then the hirer is to take down the gazebo.
